We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Director with a proven track record in product launches to join our team and lead both the strategic planning and execution of our business growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and Go-To-Market strategies for xLongevity’s all-in-one longevity solution, taking into account the unique challenges and opportunities of a start-up environment.

Lead the successful launch of our innovative products and services into the market, leveraging your experience and industry knowledge to ensure optimal market positioning, pricing, sales channels, and promotional strategies.

Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new market opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to accelerate growth and market penetration.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, healthcare professionals, and research institutions.

Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business development strategies and tactics.

Develop and manage budgets for business development initiatives, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.

Represent xLongevity at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and cultivate new business relationships.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to secure new business opportunities and partnerships.

Lead by example, actively participating in the execution of business development initiatives and supporting the growth of the company.

Lead, liaise and/or coordinate external/internal marketing teams to ensure seamless collaboration to achieve required impact and results.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a strong focus on successful product launches, preferably in the nutraceutical, supplement, or healthcare industry.

Proven track record of driving business growth and market expansion, with experience in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Strong network of industry contacts and the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships.

In-depth understanding of the supplement industry and the emerging trends in longevity and wellness.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.

Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.

Experience in outreach campaigns and social selling beneficial

Good understanding of modern marketing and sales tools i.e. Hubspot experience a plus.
