Responsibilities:

AI Integration & Strategy:
- Deploy ChatGPT and relevant AI platforms for initial candidate touchpoints, addressing FAQs, and orchestrating interviews.
- Implement AI tools to scan, categorize, and shortlist CVs based on role-specific criteria.
- Remain updated with cutting-edge AI recruitment tech to ensure Windmill’s recruitment processes are innovative and efficient.

End-to-End Recruitment:
- Supervise the complete recruitment flow, integrating AI at every feasible touchpoint.
- Partner with department leads to comprehend role demands and configure AI systems accordingly.

Candidate Experience & Engagement:
- Use AI insights for tailored candidate interactions, always ensuring an enriching candidate experience.
- Strike a harmonious balance between AI-driven processes and human connection.

Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize AI platforms for recruitment metric analysis, pinpointing optimization areas.
- Offer data-driven insights and suggestions to HR leadership based on AI-generated analytics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar fields.
- Minimum of 3 years in recruitment, with a focus on AI-driven recruitment for at least 2 years.
- Expertise in AI tools, especially ChatGPT, tailored for candidate engagement and CV analytics.
- Comprehensive understanding of the modern recruitment ecosystem and AI’s pivotal role within.
- Stellar communication and interpersonal prowess.
- Agility to adapt to evolving tech changes and integrate novel tools when beneficial.
As a plus:
- Certifications or additional training in AI applications for HR.
