Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead various client engagements, ensure governance across projects, and provide support for new proposals and business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of digital product development, and exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement Management:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs, objectives, and expectations.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Governance and Compliance:

  • Establish and enforce project governance, ensuring that projects adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to project governance and compliance.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams, including designers, developers, and other specialists.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Coordinate team efforts to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and quality standards.
  • Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress and quality.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget constraints.
  • Allocate and optimize resources to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Support for Business Development:

  • Collaborate with the business development team to support the creation of proposals, including project planning, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and contribute to the development of business strategies.

You should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering).
  • Proven experience (5 years) in program management or project management for custom digital product design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of digital product development processes, including UX/UI design and software development methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Would be great to have:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with design thinking principles.
  • Experience in the tech industry or related field.
