Job Description:
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence (Healthcare Industry) You will lead a team of Sales and business development professionals and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
Experience – 9+ Years (Healthcare Industry Preferred)
Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Sales and Business Development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, alliances, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and long-term growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities to support business development efforts.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements, contracts, and partnerships that align with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior members of a Sales and business development team.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and updates on business development activities, progress, and achievements to senior management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical companies, and other healthcare organizations PAN India.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of healthcare services and market dynamics.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve ambitious targets and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset, capable of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and secure partnerships that drive value for the company.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
