Sales Director

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director. The position is a key part of our team and will focus on hitting annual targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends. We are searching for communicative people who are proactive and passionate about our company, our clients and our services and products. 

What you’ll be doing:   

  • Own and hit annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts 
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Own the Go-To-Market planning and execution in your region 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships 
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives 
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations 
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends 
  • Establishing and leveraging relationships with channel partners  
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success 
  • Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks 


  • Proven 10+ years of sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets 
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales and/or account manager  
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level 
  • Prior experience of selling design and development services
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close 
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services 
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors 
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions 
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills 
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent 
  • Upper/Fluent English proficiency
  • Fluent French language proficiency

It will be a plus:  

  • Prior experience of taking digital products into market
  • Banking and/or health industry experience
  • Upper/Fluent German proficiency
