Lead Product Designer – HealthTech & Wellness

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our team and support them in delivering the best user experience for the success of the products and the satisfaction of the customers.  

Our team works closely with market leaders in healthcare, finance, compliance, and other industries to design and develop strategic products that address complex workflow challenges.  

As a Lead Product Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best user experience, which makes your role extremely important to the success of the products and the satisfaction of the customers.

You will be able to design features and solutions to important problems, shape our product roadmap and help create a category defining HealthTech products. You will fully participate in the product design and development process – including project estimation, research, client-facing discovery, ideation, low and high fidelity wireframing, interactive prototyping, and visual design.

Requirements:  

  • 8+ years of experience in UX design   
  • At least 3+ years of commercial product design experience – experience in HealthTech industry is a must 
  • Experience conducting UX research in healthcare or other regulated industries 
  • Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing 
  • Proactivity and ability to solve complex problems, accept criticism and explain design decisions  
  • Indepth understanding of methodologies such as Design Thinking & Human Centered Design   
  • Experience designing complex enterprise projects (creating and supporting design system/Apple & Material Design guidelines)   
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. 
  • Strong knowledge of Figma, Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator), Principle, InVision  
  • English – Advanced 

Responsibilities:  

  • Conduct design sprints or workshops to collect and evaluate business goals and user needs  
  • Conduct and analyze stakeholder interviews & user surveys  
  • Lead our key HealthTech & Wellness initiatives  
  • Create pitch-decks and visual concepts of products  
  • Conduct UX audits of existing products to reveal gaps in UX  
  • Develop customer journey maps and flow-charts for the products  
  • Create wireframes, clickable prototypes, and new UI elements for products  
  • Deliver an outstanding user experience through an exceptional and intuitive application design  

It will be a plus:  

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. 
  • Demonstrated customer/client relationship experience for a creative design agency 
  • Diverse strategic skill set spanning industry categories, experience in both B2B and B2C a plus
