Job Summary:

xLongevity is expanding its operations in India and is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee and manage all aspects of the company’s operations in the Indian market. The Director of Operations will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive growth, operational excellence, and high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of xLongevity’s operations in India, including testing, supplement, and coaching business, with a focus on meeting the unique needs and preferences of the Indian market.
Develop and implement operational strategies and policies that support the company’s growth and financial objectives, while ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and cultural norms.
Oversee and manage vendor relationships, including sourcing partners, suppliers, and service providers, to support xLongevity’s growth in India while building long-term partnerships with local businesses.
Drive operational efficiency and process improvement initiatives to optimize operations and enhance the customer experience in the Indian market.

Build and manage a high-performing team, providing leadership and guidance to the operations team in India, while ensuring that the team is representative of the diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds of the Indian market.
Develop and manage budgets and financial targets, and monitor performance against targets, with a focus on maximizing value for xLongevity in the Indian market.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of projects in India and to provide input on market trends, customer preferences, and cultural nuances.
Identify and assess new growth opportunities for xLongevity in India, leveraging your knowledge of the Indian market and cultural landscape.
Represent xLongevity in relevant industry events and conferences in India and contribute to the development of the longevity ecosystem in the country.

Qualification:

Master’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field; an MBA is preferred.
10+ years of experience in operations management, with a focus on healthcare, wellness, or wellbeing, preferably with experience in a global setting and a strong understanding of the Indian market and cultural landscape.
Proven track record of developing and implementing operational strategies that drive growth and operational excellence in the Indian market.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams that reflect the diversity of the Indian market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and the ability to adapt to the communication styles and preferences of the Indian market.
Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets and financial targets in the Indian market, and a keen understanding of the local regulatory environment.
Demonstrated ability to identify and assess new growth opportunities in the Indian market and to develop long-term partnerships with local businesses.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to drive process improvement initiatives in the Indian market, while considering the cultural and regulatory environment.

Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of local languages is a plus.
Strong understanding of the Indian regulatory environment and cultural norms related to healthcare, wellness, and well-being.
