Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring Middle Project Manager to guide our design and development teams in delivering high-quality digital solutions. As a pivotal figure in our project management structure, this role involves direct interaction with clients and significant contributions to product strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their business goals are clearly understood and integrated into project objectives.
- Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, employing Agile/Scrum methodologies to meet deadlines and exceed quality standards.
- Team Coordination: Facilitate collaboration across design and technical teams, resolving conflicts and aligning diverse viewpoints on proposed solutions.
- Performance Management: Regularly evaluate project progress against client expectations and company goals, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Innovation and Improvement: Continuously gather and evaluate user feedback to steer product enhancements and innovation.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide clients with regular updates to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management, specifically in user experience-driven software development environments.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and translate their needs into actionable project requirements.
- Strong technical foundation in software development practices and UI/UX design.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in using Confluence or similar project management tools to document and manage requirements.
- Fluent in English (Upper-intermediate level or higher).
