We design and develop delightful and functional digital products that solve tough problems and enable new opportunities for enterprises in complex industries, such as banking & finance, healthcare and compliance.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to create and execute on a B2B business development strategy. The position is a key part of our team and will focus on enhancing our business relationships and extending our presence so we can design and develop great new products for new and existing clients.


  • Craft a comprehensive business development strategy designed to establish and grow our presence
  • Manage key accounts and work with them to grow and enhance their business
  • Work with prospective clients and help them understand the value our team can provide to them
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of Windmill’s unique approach to software development and our unique value proposition
  • Write business proposals
  • Negotiate with stakeholders
  • Attend expositions and seminars to raise the company profile
  • Keep up on market trends and competitors
  • Comply with the regulations and laws of business development


  • 5+ years of B2B technology or consulting sales into banking and finance or healthcare/pharma sectors
  • Business development strategy design and implementation expertise
  • Proven ability to consult and negotiate
  • Understanding of technology solutions and UX design
  • Team worker and great communicator at all levels
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional consultation and presentation skills
  • Results driven and pragmatic
