Windmill is looking for someone to join our team to help us find the best talent for the company. It is an exciting opportunity to join a small but growing recruitment team. You will use your skills to identify and engage with candidates. You will then be responsible for the recruitment process.

- Proven work, 3-5 years of experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter);
- Good knowledge of the South Africa IT market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles;
- Good knowledge of sourcing IT talents;
- Intermediate + level of English language proficiency.
- Handle end to end recruiting responsibilities;
- Contribute to recruiting strategy and planning;
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.;
- Screen candidates CVs and job applications;
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards;
- Responsible to coordinate with the offered candidate until they join the organization.
