Responsibilities

You will play a key role in working across software development and product, helping discover business requirements and creating user stories suitable for iterative incremental development of software. The role spans the whole of the SDLC, from requirements discovery, analysis and definition through to backlog refinement and validation, helping us create innovative digital experiences and enterprise class applications. The responsibilities include:

  •  Create clarity from ambiguity.
  •  Participate in the discovery phase for new milestones/versions
  •  Conduct detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the business.
  •  Gather user and business requirements. Assist with their interpretation into feasible options.
  •  Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders;
  •  Manage and track the status of the requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
  •  Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements to developers/project team.
  •  Conduct backlog refinement and estimation sessions.
  •  Participating in creating the product plans and roadmaps in cooperation with senior management and peers.
  •  Finding the differences in user journeys based on different markets and converting them into product features.
  •  Understanding and improving behavioral and business metrics.
  •  Creating the User Stories for the development team, keeping Product Backlog up-to-date according to the priorities defined by the Product Team.
  •  Coordinating the acceptance criteria with the development team
  •  Work with stakeholders on user acceptance testing (UAT)
  •  Ensure what is delivered meets the product requirements.
  •  Identify and help mitigate risks and impediments to the team’s successful completion of releases.

Requirements

  •  Minimum 5 years BA experience of full SDLC (analysis through to deployment).
  •  FinTech / Financial institution domain knowledge
  •  Fluent English and professional communication
  •  Expert at discovery and analysis of requirements
  •  Excellent at collecting organizing and evaluating information
  •  Proven problem solving skills
  •  Great at working remotely
  •  Knowledge of LEAN, AGILE, KANBAN and SCRUM
  •  Familiar with UX/UI design practices
  •  Confident working in a dynamic and collaborative international work environment.
