What you’ll be doing:

  • Handle end-to-end recruiting responsibilities for different roles and qualification levels.
  • Create effective recruiting strategies and planning, contributing to fast and quality hire.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Screen candidates and job applications.
  • Cooperate with Hiring Managers, tech and other teams.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and deal with job descriptions.
  • Contribute to the overall recruitment process in the company, initiating improvements.
  • Exploring the market, сonsulting the business on optimal fast and effective recruitment approach.
  • Ensuring a great candidate experience.
  • Represent company vision and contribute to company branding.


  • Proven work, 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist
  • Excellent Sourcer, just Sourcing Genious! with experience in building sourcing strategies and an open-minded personality to explore, try and learn new sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Good knowledge of international IT market.
  • Highly result-oriented, independent, and proactive person.
  • Very good communication, presentation, negotiation skills.
  • Perfect time management and self-organisation skills.
  • Multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Fluent English.
